Continuing Care Retirement Community

Continuing Care Retirement Communities, or “CCRCs”, provide the full continuum of care – independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing—all conveniently located on the same campus. CCRCs can be set up with either a rental model where residents pay a monthly rental fee to live at the community or using an entrance fee model.
